Fees

• Permit: New/Replace Home - $40

• Permit: Other/Outbuilding/Shed/House Addition - $25

• Permit: Deck/Pool/Etc. - $10

• Land Split: $100 per split

• Ordinance Citation:  $500 maximum

• Land Use Application, Petition for Variance, Petition for Rezoning or Plan Review: $500

  • • The application fee is to be paid up-front by the applicant.  Money is used to pay any charges incurred due to the request (ex: publications, office supplies, postage, wages for meeting(s), legal fees).  The applicant is liable for any charges incurred above the application fee and any money less than the application fee will be returned to the applicant.  The applicant will receive an itemized accounting.

• Board of Appeals: $500
